Since last 18 years Chandrabhaga Bahuuddeshiya Sanstha [CBS], Kinhola has dedicated to sustainable livelihoods and environmental conservation, rural development, including relief and rehabilitation during the Covid-19 pandemic.
On the historic day of 1st April, 2007, highly educated young men and women, with a passion for social work, have established a Non Governmental Organization at Kinhola, Tq. Chikhli, Dist. Buldana, namely Chandrabhaga Bahuuddeshiya Sanstha [CBS], Kinhola for Agriculture and Sustainable Village Development.
The CBS has completed 18 years on 1st April, 2025. On this auspicious occasion, an account of works carried out by the Society has been taken. The CBS is registered under The Mumbai Public Trust Act, 1950, The Societies Registration Act, 1860 and MCA, so also under The Income Tax Act, the Central Government has issued Certificates u/S. 12A,80G, CSR1.

Since its inception, CBS has undertaken various agriculture and sustainable village development projects, contributing to rural livelihoods, environmental conservation, and self-reliance.
Over the last 5 years, CBS supported 450 poor and needy families in Buldana District by providing food grains, grocery kits, meals for migrant laborers, and essential safety materials like N-95 masks, sanitizers, gloves, and face shields. Awareness and health screening campaigns were also conducted during the 3rd COVID wave.
CBS successfully organized 50 Free Legal Education and Legal Literacy Camps between 2012–2025 across Buldana District, strengthening legal awareness and access to justice.
